End User Licence Agreement — pre-launch version.

1. Licence grant

Subject to a valid purchase, activation and these terms, the customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the supplied D7 LIVE software version for lawful personal use.

2. Ownership

D7 LIVE, its software code, proprietary ruleset, user interface, documentation, licensing system and related intellectual property remain owned by the licensor or applicable rights holder. The software is licensed, not sold as source code or intellectual property.

3. Restrictions

Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, users must not redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, reverse engineer for circumvention, bypass licence controls, tamper with activation systems, extract confidential rules, or use unauthorized copies.

4. Activation and licence verification

D7 LIVE may use activation, periodic licence verification, anti-abuse controls and licence recovery mechanisms. Legitimate access may be restored or replaced according to the applicable support process.

5. No gambling service and no guarantee

D7 LIVE is a software tool only. It does not operate gambling services and does not guarantee any gambling outcome, winnings, income or profit.

6. Misuse

Fraudulent activation, unauthorized redistribution, deliberate circumvention or material breach may result in licence suspension or revocation, subject to applicable law and consumer rights.

7. Applicable mandatory rights

Nothing in this EULA is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer or intellectual-property law.

8. Final version

The binding EULA presented at purchase/installation may contain additional seller identification, device, support, update, liability and governing-law provisions. Those final terms will be available before public sales open.
