Pre-launch Terms of Sale.

These terms describe the intended sale model for D7 LIVE. Public checkout is not yet active; final statutory seller and checkout information will be published before sales open.

Pre-launch notice: no purchase can currently be completed through this website. Final seller identification, tax information, price, payment-provider terms, delivery details, withdrawal/refund information and mandatory consumer disclosures will be added before checkout is enabled.

1. Product

D7 LIVE is standalone Windows desktop software supplied under a software licence. It processes manually entered roulette outcomes according to a proprietary ruleset and may display number selections.

2. Commercial model

The intended model is a one-time software licence with no recurring subscription. The final retail price will be displayed before the customer places an order.

3. No gambling service

D7 LIVE does not accept or place wagers, process gambling transactions, hold customer gambling funds, connect to casino accounts, operate games or pay winnings.

4. No performance guarantee

No statement on this website, in the software, in support communications or in historical testing constitutes a guarantee of winnings, income, profit or future gambling performance.

5. Delivery and activation

When sales open, the checkout will state the digital delivery method, activation requirements and any device or licence restrictions before purchase.

6. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for system compatibility, lawful use, protecting their licence credentials, and complying with the rules of any independent third-party gambling service they choose to use.

8. Finalization before launch

These pre-launch terms will be replaced or supplemented with the final legally required seller identity, consumer rights, payment, tax, digital-delivery and dispute-resolution information before the first public sale.
